When they feel that they can do it, they are willing to take risks while showing what they know. Getting to know the students, and letting them get to know me is very important in building relationships. Without showing our human sides, working on English assignments can become difficult. I have taught in Nevada, Texas, and Abu Dhabi. I have noticed that all kids want to be treated with respect, and they need help removing barriers to success.
