My goal is to advance the student's confidence to tackle challenging problems and\/or use the examples covered in the tutoring sessions as a reference to help them think critically when faced with a challenging problem. I will create a positive and meaningful relationship with students by informally checking in with students at the beginning of each lesson to ask about their week\/day before diving into academic content. My hope is that over time, I will be able to learn more about the students' interest and build mutual trust.
