Although I have recently retired from teaching, I had been in education for the nearly 20 years as an adjunct college instructor and high school teacher in math and science. I also conducted college test prep sessions at the high school I was employed at.\n\n I have a passion for teaching and truly believe that everyone has the ability to improve, given the right attitude and the right teaching approach. In observing many students, I have found that lack of confidence in their own abilities tends to be one of the biggest hurdles in persevering and achieving. In addition to having outstanding mastery of the subjects I tutor, I have the ability to meet students where they are at and build on that foundation.
