As a tutor, I believe that there should be a constant exchange of conversation, modeling an example and demonstration of what they learned.  \n\nRegular check-in and self-assessments are the best way to help students feel they are in an inclusive and safe space. I always make a session routine where we first talk about our over-all wellness for that day.
